"...the newest addition to the severely lacking bar scenes in Georgetown is here. Great location, great design."
"...you’re guaranteed a spot for friends to hang, drink or break the ice. The atmosphere suits a communal, chatty crowd, most of whom have large Stein glasses of lightly foamed beer at their tables."
"You’ll find a much larger menu here than at Franklin Hall, which includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, as well as classic bar food like wings, burgers and sliders.
"...outfitted with lots of party games, from Cards Against Humanity to giant Connect Four. It’s all part of the mission to create an inviting spot for the entire neighborhood, from college students to office workers looking for a happy-hour spot."
"What could have been a cave-like room is broken into multiple zones, including areas with couches and fireplaces and a mezzanine bar stocked with board games."
"'This is the rebirth of Georgetown,' says Dawson, citing neighbors like Jose Andres’ forthcoming America Eats Tavern, Chez Billy Sud by the Hilton brothers, and the combo of Grace Street Coffee and South Block Juicery."
"...options include a diverse beer selection, wine, boozy slushies, and cocktails such as a cherry blossom gin & tonic on draft."
